Zinder Contracting LLC is a general contracting business specializing in renovation and customization of residences, especially projects that demand a keen eye for detail and coordination of multiple trades.  The business is owned and operated by Seth Zinder.

Following completion of graduate study at University of Chicago, and several years as a business consultant, Seth pursued his talent for craftsmanship.  His skill sprouted as a teenage apprentice acquiring carpentry and tile setting techniques.  Still building with his hands today, Seth continues to hone his craft and broaden his experience.  An insistence on quality, combined with an appreciation for design and an aptitude for technical detail, has defined Seth’s work as a general contractor now for over two decades.
